Located 32 miles north of San Francisco, Petaluma is one of the oldest cities in California and is renowned for its many traditional historic buildings.

The city is home to numerous small businesses and artists as well as college students. At the grand opening, the mission was warmly welcomed by neighboring proprietors who said they had always wanted to know more about the Scientology religion.

Located on one of the city's main thoroughfares, their new org building is 6 stories with more than 53,000 square feet of space and enough to train 250 auditors and one hundred more on basic courses.
